Party Palace Policies
Cancellations
If your event has to be cancelled, you must make the Party Palace aware of the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. If the Party Palace is not properly made aware of a cancellation, payment of the full party price is expected.
Deposits
To hold your event's date and time, a deposit in the amount of one-half of the party's total cost must be paid at booking. Deposits are not refundable. However, if your event has to be rescheduled,we will do our best to allow you to reschedule within two weeks of the original planned event date.
Rental Props
* The purchaser understands that The Party Palace is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of any rented item and is released of any action that might be a result.
* The purchaser understands that they are only renting The Party Palace's props and are expected to return the props on the same day after the event is over. Prices quoted are for an expected period of time . If the purchaser does not return any items, rental rates will continue to accrue until the purchaser or your representative return the items or they are declared lost.
* The purchaser will not paint, distress, or otherwise modify any item without expressed or prior permission from The Party Palace.
* The items are rented with the strict understanding that the titles remain that of The Party Palace are are subject to return upon demand. The purchaser is responsible for making sure the props are returned. The Party Palace is not required to notify or remind you that you have their props out.
* If props are not returned or deemed lost or damaged, the purchaser is required to place for a replacement and will be charged accordingly that will be determined by The Party Palace.
* If the purchaser returns an item needing to be cleaned (children costumes or hats with cake, etc.), the purchaser will be charged a cleaning fee, to be determined by The Party Palace. This cleaning feel will be in addition to the rental cost.
Liability
The Party Palace provides entertainment. The Party Palace assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of Party Palace inventory the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. The Party Palace is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from food and drink, wearing of costumes, or any activity taking place before, during and/or after an event. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

Disclaimer
The Party Palace does not offer characters from television. The Party Palace only has professional theatrical costumes and it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters that the Party Palace offers are not name brand copyrighted characters, and there is no attempt to market them as such. The Party Palace will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that the Party Palace does not represent any licensed birthday party character.
The Party Palace cannot be held responsible for non-performance of contracted obligations due to certain events including, but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the event by the client, riots, war, acts of God (including floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions and widespread damage due to other natural disasters), acts of government and other actions of authorities that are beyond our control.
